Today's featured recipe comes from Group A blogger, Leslie of La Cocina de Leslie, who made
Baked Coconut (Cocada de Forno) from her assigned blog, Bewitching Kitchen. I have never had cocada and now I'm definitely wanting some ASAP. Both the Brazilian and Mexican versions sound incredible.
